Accident Assistance

The member is eligible for assistance if the members' vehicle is rendered inoperable as a result of a collision. Emergency services will be co-ordinated to manage the scene of the accident. These services include, but are not limited to: Paramedics, ambulances, local authorities and towing vehicles. The vehicle will be removed to an approved panel beater or alternative secure facility if the approved panel beater is more than 100km from the scene of the accident. Removal to an alternative secure facility is at the discretion of the call centre agent in charge of the call. In the event of a member authorising any service provider to render services, the member will be liable for the cost of service
