The member is eligible for the following legal assistance services:
This offers the member 24-hour telephonic legal advice with a qualified attorney specialising in the respective aspects of law required for the advice in question.
This provides the member with a 24-hour telephonic legal referral service in the event of required representation or further face-to-face consultations.
This provides the member with two 30-minute face-to-face consultations with a qualified attorney where deemed necessary after telephonic consultation. A R100 excess is payable to the attorney at the commencement of each consultation.
Assistance with legal documentation, such as power of attorney, sale or lease agreements will be provided via fax to the member. Assistance in drawing up a will, telephonic guidance on contractual law and estate planning guidance will be provided as a telephonic service. Any specific amendments to the standard documents provided will be for the members cost.
